- Comprehensive physical examination
- Spirometry, Visual Acuity and Audiometry
- Diagnostic imaging using CT and/or MRI scans (if required)
- A leather bound binder containing all test results, referrals and recommendations
- A follow-up appointment with the physician who conducted your examination.
